Breast Augmentation (Augmentation Mammaplasty)

Surgeon's Notes:   This first patient is a young woman in her twenties who started with a B cup breast which she did not like. She wanted a fuller C cup breast. As with most women she wanted a natural looking breast which did not look like it was excessive or fake. She elected to have a peri areolar incision, a submuscular implant placement, and a 350 cc saline moderate profile implant. The postoperative photograph is 2-3 weeks post surgery. At this point the shape of the breast is settled, the upper pole of the implant is masked by the muscle preventing a very round sharp upper pole to the breast.

Surgeon's Notes:   This second patient was a young woman in her thirties who has has implants performed overseas. Her implants were small and spaced very far apart. This patient was also a professional dancer who depended on the dramatic appearance of her breasts for her livelihood. The patients prior breast implants were removed and her pockets were redeveloped. The new implants placed into the pockets were 475 cc saline sub muscular implants. This gave her a full D cup she requested and also shaped her breast to look quite dramatic.
