  • Born to parents of nonconsanguinous marriage.
  • Other two sisters are healthy without any congenital malformations.
  • Going to school, studying LKG

    •  

    • Skin incisions over the nose planned.
    • Isolation and separation of the sac from the skin and subcutaneous tissue on either side proximally upto the bony defect in the frontal bone.
    • Bicoronal scalp incision and exposure of skull.
    • Craniotomy,exposure of the neck of the sac intracranial.

    • Incision of the sac,excision of the redundant sac and closure of the dura with 4/0 prolene.
    • Cover the bony defect.
    • Bil.orbitotomy and medial shift on either side and fixation with ss wiring.
    • Reconstruction of the dorsum of the nose with calvarial bone grafts.

    • Testing the patency of the lacrimal duct system and medial canthopexy with ss wiring.
    • Suture of the skin wound after trimming the redundant skin.
    • Closure of scalp wound.
    • Splinting of nose with POP slab.
